this is another good idea, maybe the iphone could be ok, but still i dont think many people will bother.

you'd think that Apple would have stopped this from happening and done it themselves or something cos that's extra revenue they're missing out on! (not that they need anymore!!) why not make the phones unlocked anyway? dont get me wrong i think this tool is extremely beneficial but i think Apple should have given it more thought.  Tongue

Unlock is no good if the updates brick your phone to hell.

When the updates came out, some companies offered software that reverted your phone back to default settings.
do you guys know if this software and stuff actually worked?

Because of update which will turn iPhone in rock there will be problem in unlocking because if something goes wrong and you take your mobile to custoer care then they'll definitely install the update on the phone.

yes, by unlock it can be use under any GSM Cell networks....but some functions still unavailble without ATNT
