I recently received an iPhone and began making ringtones using iTunes. After making 3 different ringtones, I noticed that they weren't on the phone correctly. I had 3 tones, but 2 of them were the same one. When I checked iTunes it showed the 3 different ringtons both on iTunes and when I clicked the ringtone symbol under my phone. However, when I looked at my actual phone I noticed the above mentioned problem. The only way I've been able to deal with this is to restore my phone both times it happened. Is this issue unique or something common with the new firmware?
