after watching that i think that is quite bad...

i think apple is just really trying to be a cheap stake company. i mean just doing voiding a warranty because people have a scratched iphone they are not allowed to get a new iphone or even get it repaired which i think is crap.

Hahaha... That's hectic. I can't believe Apple is so anal about this kind of thing.

The iPhone is a really complicated, sophisticated piece of equipment. Of course people are going to scratch it and dent it - It's got a touch-sensitive screen!!

I've also heard that some iPhones were manufactured with faulty screens, or screens that don't display colors correctly. People who take these phones for repair or exchange are charged $40 or something.

Naughty Apple!

On a side note, I love that bit 'We love you, love us'... Cute.

Apparently the video you posted is private now.......  Huh

But I think I get the jist of the video from the posts.

I bought the NANO back when I was first introduced, and there was a big issue going on at first about how easy the NANO would get scratched.
A class action lawsuit was even thrown at Apple because of it. I don't remember the outcome of it all, but shortly after I bought mine they started shipping protective cases for the nanos (originally they came with nothing)

Is there any way of sending this video link directly to apple. As they must see this video.

Wow! I am just about speechless, the first thing that came into my head was simply "WOW!" Well if people are willing to pay the price then why not do this I guess. It must generate some nice profit. Why not do this if people are willing to? Supply and demand at its best. Sad thing is, people often demand ridiculous things and are way to willing to pay such a price.

Not that I agree with Apple. But to be honest if you have a warranty and you want to exercise the use of that warranty you have to make sure that you read the warranty first. You would be surprised at what is being put in warranties these days and how the you will be screwed if you are paying for extended warranty. They are only doing what they are told to do and that is all. If you do not have a phone complete as with how it was when bought they do not have to honor that warranty.

READ YOUR WARRANTY NOW!
